DMCA Takedown Guidelines

Submitting a Notice

Your request must include the following information:

  1. Your contact details
    Full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  2. Description of your work
    Identify the copyrighted material. A list may be used if multiple works are involved.
  3. Where the content appears
    Provide the exact URL(s) on fishnetstube where the infringing content is located.
  4. Good faith statement
    Confirm that you believe, in good faith, that the material is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy declaration
    State, under penalty of perjury, that the information is correct and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for the rights holder.
  6. Signature
    A physical or electronic signature. A typed full name is acceptable for electronic submissions.

Filing a Counter-Notice

If you believe your material was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification through our contact form. It must include:

  1. Your complete contact details.
  2. Identification of the material removed and its former location on fishnetstube.
  3. A sworn statement that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your agreement to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court (or, if outside the U.S., the courts where fishnetstube operates) and your acceptance of service from the complainant.
  5. Your electronic or physical signature.

After a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the material within 10 business days unless we are informed that legal proceedings have been initiated.


Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly upload infringing content may face account suspension or permanent termination. Infringing material can also be removed without notice.

False Submissions

Filing false or misleading notices or counter-notices is prohibited and may result in liability for damages and legal costs. If you are unsure of your rights, you should seek professional legal advice before proceeding.
